Water Damage Restoration

Water Damage Restoration Process

Assessment of Damage:

Our certified technician will take the initial visual inspection of the damage.

Water Extraction:

In any case of water damage, all standing water must be cleared out as soon as possible in order to begin. This includes carpet, rugs and any furniture. The removal of damaged drywall or floors will be necessary to speed up the process.

Drying Out:

This step includes bringing in commercial grade products like humidifiers and floor drying systems. The most crucial step here is to monitor the areas that have been affected to prevent mold growth and to insure the area has been dried out. Typically the drying process could take a few days. Another inspection will be necessary to make sure areas affected have been addressed properly and safeguarded from any further damage.

Reconstruction:

Once all the steps above have been completed, the restoration process can begin. Our certified water damage technician can then come in and work on restoring the areas affected. Call our experts at the Woodlands-Painters to get a consultation. (832) 646-9263
